1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chunks (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate chips and butter together until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
In a bowl, whisk sugar and eggs until creamy. Stir in melted chocolate mixture.
Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
Fold in additional chocolate chunks, if desired.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the edges are set. Cool on a wire rack.
Notes
