  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in the prepared pan.
  • Mix ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce; spread over the meatloaf.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
