  • 1 ½ pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ cup dry white wine or chicken broth

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Arrange shrimp in a baking dish in a single layer.

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  • Pour mixture over shrimp.

  • In another bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, and parsley. Sprinkle evenly over shrimp.

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and breadcrumbs are golden.
