  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Brown the beef stew meat on all sides.
  • Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Stir in tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
