  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp capers

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

4. Spicy Mango Chutney:

  • ½ cup chopped ripe mango

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp chili flakes

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

For Each Sauce:

  1. Creamy Dill Sauce: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill 10 minutes before serving.

  2. Teriyaki Glaze: Combine ingredients in a saucepan, bring to simmer, cook until slightly thickened (3–5 minutes).

  3. Lemon Caper Butter: Melt butter in a small skillet, add garlic and capers, cook 1–2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.

  4. Spicy Mango Chutney: Blend all ingredients until chunky smooth, or cook down in a pan for a thicker consistency.

 

Serve sauces warm or chilled over cooked salmon.
