  • 2 tbsp black pepper, freshly cracked
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss the chicken pieces in cornstarch and a pinch of salt.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry the chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
