  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Add diced onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine beef broth, milk, cream of mushroom soup, and uncooked rice. Mix well.
  • Add the cooked beef mixture to the bowl and stir.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish. Cover with foil.
  • Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
