1 lb ground beef
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups beef broth
1 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add diced onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine beef broth, milk, cream of mushroom soup, and uncooked rice. Mix well.
Add the cooked beef mixture to the bowl and stir.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish. Cover with foil.
Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
