  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 6 small tortillas

  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • Taco toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onions over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
