2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
8 ounces penne or your favorite pasta
3 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sautรฉ garlic until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and milk, then stir in pasta.
