  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers (optional for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Steam the broccoli until tender.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked chicken and broccoli to the mixture, and stir until everything is well coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  • If desired, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
