This Cinnamon Roll Cake recipe brings the classic taste of cinnamon rolls into a soft, fluffy cake. Perfect for breakfast or dessert, this easy-to-make treat combines a cinnamon-sugar swirl with a creamy glaze.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Glaze:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture over the batter and swirl using a knife.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake. Serve and enjoy!
