Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, diced onion, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan or on a baking sheet.
Spread additional ketchup or glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
