  • 1 box brownie mix (or homemade brownie batter)
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  • Prepare the brownie mix as instructed on the package.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan. Layer with crushed Oreos and the cream cheese mixture. Swirl with a knife.
  • Pour the remaining brownie batter on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let cool before cutting into squares.
