  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on each side (about 4 minutes per side). Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Spread ranch dressing over each chicken breast.
  • In a bowl, mix shredded parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, garlic powder, and melted butter.
  • Top each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture.
