  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onions until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, corn, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
