Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium saucepan, combine shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, and cream cheese over medium heat. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and well incorporated.
  • Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom half on a baking sheet.
  • Evenly spread the chicken mixture over the bottom buns, then place the top buns over the chicken mixture.
  • Brush the melted butter over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with dried parsley and garlic powder.
  • Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the buns are golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use leftover chicken instead of rotisserie chicken.
  • Feel free to add sliced jalapeños for extra heat.
  • For a crispier bun, bake uncovered for a few extra minutes.
