2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dried cranberries
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts (like pistachios)
Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract and dried cranberries. If using nuts, fold them in as well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
