  • 12 oz linguine or pasta of choice
  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove from the pan.
  • In the same pan, sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, lemon zest, and juice.
