  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
