Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle onion soup mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the roast.
  • Pour beef broth into the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  • Shred the beef using two forks and mix it back into the broth.
  • Add egg noodles to the crockpot and cook on high for 20-30 minutes or until tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
