  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cut cheese into bite-sized cubes.
  • Coat each piece in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating for extra crispiness.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry cheese bites in batches until golden brown, about 1–2 minutes.
  • Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
