Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown ground beef and onions in a skillet, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and milk.
Layer sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish. Add a layer of cooked beef, then top with soup mixture and cheese.
Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.
