  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 lb lump crab meat

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup chopped celery

  • ½ cup chopped onion

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (optional topping)

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
