  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared or homemade)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Add diced onion and cook until softened. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and mix vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes evenly on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
