  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup eggnog
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp rum or 1 tsp rum extract
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  • Make Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add flour, eggnog, eggs, rum, and nutmeg; blend well.
  • Bake: Pour filling over the crust. Bake for 50–60 minutes until the center is almost set.
  • Cool: Run a knife around the edges and cool in the pan for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic option, substitute rum with vanilla extract.
  • Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg for garnish.
