  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  • Layer the roast beef evenly over the rolls, followed by the provolone cheese slices. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and chopped parsley. Brush this mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the tops.
  • While sliders are baking, prepare the au jus. In a medium saucepan, combine beef broth, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve sliders warm with au jus for dipping.

  • To save time, you can use pre-sliced beef from the deli section.
