  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

  • Season chicken pieces with paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.

  • Add asparagus and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.

  • Return chicken to the pan and toss everything together. Cook for 1-2 more minutes to heat through.

 

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with optional lemon wedges.
