  • For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
    • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne recommended)
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 garlic clove (minced)
    • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
    • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
    • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pasta:
    • Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
  • Cook the Chicken Bites:
    • Season the chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
    • Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
  • Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
    • In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
    • Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
    • Add Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes (if using), and reserved pasta water. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Combine:
    • Toss the cooked pasta in the Parmesan sauce until well coated.
    • Add the chicken bites back to the skillet and mix gently.
  • Garnish and Serve:
    • Top with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan if desired. Serve warm!
