  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess grease.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and mix until melted. Let the mixture cool slightly.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold the dough over to seal it into a ball.
  • Arrange the balls on the baking sheet. Brush each one with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic powder and parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
