1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess grease.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and mix until melted. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold the dough over to seal it into a ball.
Arrange the balls on the baking sheet. Brush each one with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic powder and parmesan cheese.
