Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breast (cubed)
  • Pasta (penne or rotini)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Heavy cream
  • Chicken broth
  • Butter
  • Flour
  • Salt & pepper
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  • Season cubed chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook in a skillet until browned. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Slowly whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream, letting it thicken.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
  • Combine cooked pasta, chicken, and sauce. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
