  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add butter, mushrooms, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  • Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Gradually add beef broth, stirring until smooth. Simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine sauce with cooked noodles. Garnish with parsley and serve.
