Delicious Hoisin Beef Noodles with stir-fried beef, colorful vegetables, and noodles tossed in a flavorful hoisin sauce. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, this dish is packed with Asian-inspired flavors and is easy to make.

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Return the beef to the skillet and add the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together. Drizzle with sesame oil.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

  • Substitute chicken or tofu for the beef for a different protein option.
  • Adjust the vegetables based on what you have on hand.
  • Add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick.
