  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until tender, then drain well.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the steamed cauliflower to the mixture and gently toss to coat.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
