This rich dish layers spaghetti, a savory meat sauce, cream cheese, ricotta, and plenty of mozzarella to create a comforting meal the whole family will love.   • 16 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, and half of the mozzarella.
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter. Layer half the spaghetti, then spread the cheese mixture. Add the remaining spaghetti on top.
  • Pour the meat sauce over the pasta and top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to use Italian sausage instead of ground beef for a spicier flavor.
  • You can substitute ricotta with cottage cheese if preferred.
