Mini sliders are a crowd-pleasing, bite-sized delight, perfect for parties, family meals, or an easy snack. This recipe features juicy and well-seasoned sliders, served on soft mini buns, with all the trimmings for an unforgettable experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (halal-certified)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 mini burger buns
  • Slices of cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef or chicken with chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • Add cheese slices on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  • Toast the mini buns until lightly crispy.
  • Assemble each slider: place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, add the patty with melted cheese, a tomato slice, a pickle, and your favorite condiments. Cover with the top bun.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
