1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups whipped topping (or whipped cream)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
Optional: Cherries for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the base of a dish to form the crust.
In another bowl, combine vanilla pudding mix, whipped topping, and crushed pineapple. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Spread the pineapple mixture over the crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Optional: Garnish with cherries before serving. Slice and enjoy chilled!
Notes
