1 lb ground beef
2 cups beef broth
2 cups milk
2 cups uncooked pasta (penne or rotini)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
Add beef broth, milk, pasta, and ranch seasoning to the pot. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 12–15 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
