  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
  • In a saucepan, combine BBQ sauce, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
