Pizza pot pies are a fun and delicious take on traditional pizza, featuring a flaky crust, gooey cheese, and savory toppings baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • ½ cup bell peppers, diced
  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease oven-safe bowls or ramekins.
  • Layer cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives inside each bowl.
  • Pour marinara sauce over the toppings.
  • Roll out pizza dough and cover each bowl, pressing edges to seal.
  • Brush dough with melted butter and sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, then invert onto a plate and serve warm.
