  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 4 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour until smooth. Slowly add milk, stirring until thickened.
  • Layer potatoes and onions in a baking dish. Pour milk mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Place seasoned pork chops on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are tender and pork chops are fully cooked.
