  • 5 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt butter and sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  • Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
