Instructions

  • Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  • In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos, pumpkin puree, cream cheese, and pumpkin spice until combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
