  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded corned beef (use halal-certified)
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing (or your favorite dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Lay one tortilla flat and evenly spread a thin layer of Thousand Island dressing.
  • Layer the shredded corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  • Fold the tortilla in half to form a semicircle.
