  • 12 slider rolls, split
  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 12 slices of provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the bottom halves of the slider rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Layer slices of roast beef evenly over the rolls, followed by slices of cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese layer.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and onion powder.
  • Brush this butter mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve warm.
