1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
16 oz potato gnocchi
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 medium onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup fresh spinach
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add chicken breasts, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, chicken broth, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.
