  • 200g egg noodles (cooked)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 spring onion (sliced)

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

  • Chili flakes (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat, add beef, and stir-fry until browned.

  3. Pour sauce mixture into the pan, let it bubble and thicken.

  4. Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly.

  5. Drizzle with sesame oil, top with spring onion, sesame seeds, and chili flakes if desired.

  6. Serve hot.
