Ingredients

  • Cream cheese
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract

  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC).
  • Mix crushed cookies and melted butter for the crust, press into a springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
  • Pour mixture over crust and bake for 50โ€“60 minutes. Let cool.
