Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • Rhubarb
  • Granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
