4 lobster tails
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Using kitchen scissors, cut lobster tails down the center to expose meat. Gently lift meat above the shell.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Brush lobster meat with garlic butter mixture.
Place lobster tails shell-side down on the grill. Cook for 5–7 minutes until opaque and slightly charred.
Brush with more butter while grilling for extra flavor.
Serve hot with lemon wedges.
For oven-broiling, set broiler to high and broil for 8–10 minutes instead of grilling.
Use a thermometer to check internal temp (145°F for lobster).
Add red pepper flakes for a spicier kick.
