Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut lobster tails down the center to expose meat. Gently lift meat above the shell.

  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush lobster meat with garlic butter mixture.

  5. Place lobster tails shell-side down on the grill. Cook for 5–7 minutes until opaque and slightly charred.

  6. Brush with more butter while grilling for extra flavor.

  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • For oven-broiling, set broiler to high and broil for 8–10 minutes instead of grilling.

  • Use a thermometer to check internal temp (145°F for lobster).

  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicier kick.
