Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe mangoes

  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sweetener of choice)

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)

  • A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces.

  2. Blend the mangoes, honey, lime juice, and coconut milk until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.

  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

  5. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

  • You can substitute the coconut milk with almond milk, yogurt, or even water for a lighter version.

  • If the popsicles are too sweet, reduce the amount of honey.

  • For added texture, blend in some small chunks of mango.
